摘要
虚拟设计是CAD研究的重要内容,它在机构设计中得到广泛应用,现在许多CAD软件都可以对机构进行虚拟设计并进行运动仿真以验证其正确性。但其存在文件大、交互性差、不便于网上传输的缺点,VRML对解决该存在的问题提供了一种崭新的思路和方法。文章介绍了VRML语言特点,研究了VRML建立虚拟静态模型和动态模型的方法与原理,在此基础上,文章以四缸发动机机构为例,利用CAD软件和虚拟现实建模语言VRML,构建了发动机机构虚拟静态模型和交互环境,并结合脚本语言Vrm lscript,对其工作过程实现了用户可以实时交互控制的面向网络的运动仿真。
Virtual Design is very important content in CAD research field and it is widely applied in the design of mechanism. Now many CAD software can realize the virtual design of mechanism and simulation of mechanism movement. But its file is bulky and the ability of interaction is weak so it is difficult to transfer on web. VRML provide a brand - new thought or method to resolve the question. The feature of VRML is introduced in this paper and the method and principle of creating static and dynastic virtual model using VRML is investigated. On the basis, by the use of CAD software and virtual reality modeling language VRML, we set up a virtual interactive environment and static model of the engine with four cylinders. Combining with Vrmlscript, the movement simulation on the work process of the engine which can be interactive controlled in real time by the user and is oriented to web is realized.
