文中系统以数字图像处理技术为基础,对含有发动机曲轴的照片进行图像分析处理,获得发动机曲轴各处尺寸检测信息,实现了发动机曲轴的自动非接触测量,具有可靠、高效的特点。

The system of measurement is based on image processing techniques. The dimensions information of different angles and places on the crankshaft can be obtained precisely and rapidly by processing and analyzing the digital photos that contain the crankshaft. The system makes it possible to automatic - noncontact measure the crankshaft.
