浅析两种夹具在轮毂加工中的应用

车床的夹具影响机械加工质量,研究夹具对改善产品质量、提高生产效率是必要的。文章就扇型组合夹具和中心孔定位的指型夹具这两种夹具在实际生产中的应用特点及对产品质量的影响进行理论分析和试验分析,并用统计过程控制的方法进行科学地验证。分析结果表明,扇型组合夹具通用性强、成本低,而中心孔定位夹具加工出来的产品质量高。

To assure product quality and machining efficiency,it is important to study the application of clamps used for lathes.The essay is to present the characteristic and effect of product quality between flabellate clamps and center bore positining clamps in manufacturing process,and make it analysis of theory and analysis of experimentation. The methodology for the study is based on statistical process.The result is as follows：flabellate clamps are more practical and low cost while the center bore positining clamps could improve product quality.
