摘要
以黄金尾矿为主要原料,以煤矸石作成孔剂,制备了多孔透水砖。研究了成型方法、原料配比、成型压力、练泥遍数及烧成制度等工艺条件对多孔透水砖性能的影响。结果表明,以黄金尾矿为主要原料,采用压制成型和挤出成型方法均可制备出性能良好的多孔透水砖;通过调整工艺参数,可以制备不同性能的透水砖,以满足不同用途之需。研究成果为黄金尾矿的综合利用提供了一条新途径。
Porous permeable bricks were made with gold tailings as the main material and coal gangue as pore-forming agent. The effect of the technological conditions such as molding method, raw material proportioning, pugging times and sintering system on the performances of porous permeable bricks was studied. The results show that good performance porous permeable bricks can be made with gold tailings as the main raw material by pressing and extrusion methods. Permeable bricks that have various performances can be made by regulating the process parameters so as to meet the requirements of various applications. The research achievement has provided a new route for the comprehensive utilization of gold tailings.
