摘要 羟基磷灰石特殊的化学组成和晶体结构,使其具有独特的性质,如选择吸附性、化学稳定性和热稳定性等,因此它在生物活性物质的分离与提纯领域中有广泛的应用。简要综述了羟基磷灰石的基本性质和制备方法以及在分离与提纯领域中经常用到的基质材料及其相应的性质,重点介绍了羟基磷灰石的吸附机理及其在分离与提纯领域中的基本应用。 With the special composition and crystal structure, hydroxyapatite obtains excellent characteristics, such as selective adsorption,chemical and thermal stability, and it has been widely used for the separation and purification of bioactive substances. The characteristics and preparing methods of hydroxyapatite are reviewed in this paper, as well as the substrate materials used in separation and purification field. At the same time, the adsorption mechanism of hydroxyapatite and its application as the substrate material are introduced particularly.
