摘要
根据流程型企业生产过程的特点和CIPS安全管理的目标，探讨了安全信息集成的有关问题，提出了CIPS安全保证系统的框架设计模型、关键技术和解决方案，并将其应用于NGIE安全保证系统的设计中。
According to characteristic of process industry and goal of SGS （Security Guarantee System, It is a unit technique in the CIPS ）, in this paper, some problems related to the information integrating and process redesign in SGS are discussed, The frame design model, key technique and its solution of SGS are presented. As an example, NGIE-SGS is designed with this idea.
