摘要
结合GEF河北省馆陶县水资源和水环境综合管理规划项目的开展,通过对馆陶县污染源的调查及水环境现状分析,提出一系列防治水污染保护水环境的对策。
Based on the project of water resources and water environment synthesis management plan in Guantao county in Handan city, the author has investigated the source of pollution and analyzed the current water environment situation, pointed out a series of countermeasures on preventing and controlling water pollution ＆ protecting water environment.
