对我国工程招投标中有关价格及评标方法的探讨

Methods for Price and Bidding Evaluation in Project Public Bidding of China

我国自20世纪80年代初期在工程建设领域引入招标投标制以来,随着招投标制度和工程造价制度改革的不断深入,我国工程招投标制日臻成熟,招投标制度的实施在工程建设领域中产生了良好效果。但是,由于工程建设行业中的计划经济惯性以及其它原因的存在,我国工程招投标中还存在一定的问题,工程招投标的理论体系、制度建设还不甚完善,在工程招投标实践中出现许多问题,采取的评标方法也多种多样。究其原因,笔者认为主要与其中几个基本概念理解有关。

Since the introduction of bidding system in project construction from early 1980s＇, a lot of progress has been seen in the bidding sector with the improvement of project bidding system. Because planned economy＇s influence on project construction in our nation, there are some problems in the bidding practice. The essay discusses those related issues and proposes a few of ideas about bidding.
