浅析丹江口大坝加高水库淹没实物指标调查的成功经验

Investigation for the Inundated Object Index After the Dam-Heightening of Danjiangkou Reservoir

丹江口水库淹没及影响区涉及河南、湖北2省5县(市),共计41个乡(镇)、478个村(居委会)、2644个村民(居民)小组。实物指标调查包括农村、城镇、工业企业和专业项目。调查成果提出并经严格的质量检查后,全部得到了两省涉及县市的认可。笔者曾参与了调查工作的全过程,认为调查工作时间紧、任务重、范围广、难度大,之所以能在如此短暂的时间里如期完成任务,完全得益于各级政府和领导的周密部署与重视,得益于组织者和任务承担单位严密的组织管理和严格的前期准备,得益于调查人员严谨的工作态度和求真务实的工作作风。

The inundated and influenced area for the dam-raising of Danjiangkou reservoir covers altogether 478 villages in 41 townships in five counties （cities） in Hubei and Henan provinces. The material-object index includes the countryside, towns, industrial enterprises and special items~ That the investigation results were approved by all 5 counties of two provinces after being strictly checked up showed the governments and the staff at various levels attached great importance to the work.
