摘要 目的比较不同血浆代用品对红细胞聚集性的影响。方法分别从20个单位的红细胞悬液中各取血40m l,平均分为四份,每份10 m l,分别加入等容积的乳酸钠林格注射液(L组)、4%人血白蛋白(A组)、4%琥珀酰明胶注射液(G组)和6%羟乙基淀粉200/0.5注射液(H组)中。混匀后测各组红细胞压积,血红蛋白浓度和血气,于室温下用魏氏法测10 m in、20 m in、30 m in、60 m in血沉值,余血离心后取上清测血浆粘度和血浆胶体渗透压。结果G组和H组各时点血沉值均高于L组和A组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);G组和H组比较,G组各时点血沉比H组快,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。形态学变化可见G组和H组红细胞聚集明显。结论4%琥珀酰明胶注射液和6%羟乙基淀粉200/0.5注射液均促进红细胞聚集,又以4%琥珀酰明胶更为显著。 OBJECTIVE To ivestigate aggregation of erythrocytes in different plasma suhstitutes. METHODS 40ml erythrocyte suspension taken from 20 units packed red blood cells were divided into four parts and mixed respectively with equal volume sodium lactate Ringers injection,4% albumin,4% fluid succinylated gelatin and 6% hydroxyethyl starch. Erythrocyte sedimentation rates (ESR) were measured affter 10 minutes,20 minutes ,30 minutes, and 60 minutes at room temperature using Westergren's method. The colloid osmotic pressure (COP) and plasma viscosity were measured at same time. The morphological changes of erythrocyte was observed by light microscope. RESULTS The ESR were extremely higher in gelatin and hydroxyethyl starch and this increase was significant when compared with the other fluids. The ESR in gelatin is higher when compared with hydroxyethyl starch. The ESR in albumin and sodium lactate Ringer's injection were low and there were no differences between them. CONCLUSION The erythrocyte aggregation were increase strongly when mixed with equal volume 4% fluid succinylated gelatin and 6% hydroxyethyl starch , and especially in 4% fluid succinylated gelatin.
