对当前成人高等教育学生思想政治工作的几点思考

Reflections on the Students’ Ideological Education of the Current Adult Higher Learning Education

成人高等教育作为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,对我国社会的进步发挥着积极的作用。本文在分析当前成人高等教育学生思想政治工作特点和所面临问题的基础上,提出加强和改进成人高等教育学生思想政治工作,要坚持“以人为本”与“有的放矢”相结合、教育与自我教育相结合、解决思想与解决实际问题相结合的原则,高度重视这项工作,积极探索新观念、新内容和新方法。

As an important part of higher learning education in China, adult higher learning education plays a key role in the social progress. At present, an emphasis is always put on the research of scientific and cultural cultivation for the adult students, while little is about their ideological and political work and the related researches. Based on an analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political work and the corresponding issues that the adult higher learning education faces, this paper suggests strengthening and improving the ideological and political work for adult learning education. It insists on a combination of the principles of ＂human-based＂ and ＂target-oriented＂, educating and being educated, thought-solving and issue-solving methods. A more emphasis should be expected to positively explore some new ideas, new contents and new methods.
