摘要
伴随着中国海洋石油总公司的经营发展和改革进程,塑造中海油职业经理人队伍的工作日显紧迫。塑造职业经理人队伍是“中海油”用工及薪酬体制改革的最根本的保证和有效办法。围绕用工及薪酬体制的改革这一主题,对“中海油”的改革形势进行梳理,进而对建立“中海油”自己的职业经理人队伍与深化用工及薪酬体制改革的相应关系作相应的探讨。
With the management development and process of reform of China National Offshore Oil Corporarion(CNOOC), molding the professional manager's team is urgent. Molding the professional manager's team is not only the best assurance, but also an effective way to the reform of the recruitment and salary system. The article focused on the reform of the recruitment and salary system analyzes the reform situation of CNOOC, and then does some corresponding discussions in establishing CNOOC's own professional manager's team and corresponding relation of deepening recruitment and salary system reform.
