摘要
传统的供电企业员工激励机制在薪酬激励、岗位激励和精神激励等方面存在不少问题,这些问题产生的原因各有不同。供电企业应转变观念,通过合理的途径选择,构建科学的激励机制,使企业员工自觉自愿地把企业目标与员工利益结合起来,产生强烈的责任感和归属感,在工作中发挥他们的主观能动性和创造性。
There are numerous problems in the motivation on welfare, position and spirit in the traditional power supply enterprises. In order to make the staff have the same target with the business, to increase their responsibility and ownership, power supply enterprises should innovate a scientific motivation through reasonable means to make good use of their activation and creation.
