我国新一轮基础教育课程改革大力提倡以学生为主体的教学方式变革,即要求体现以学生为主体,教师为主导的教学理念。如何在中小学课堂教学中真正体现学生的主体性,首先教师应具备正确的学生观和与之相适应的教学观;具备广博而深厚并不断更新的知识储备;具备创新的素质。在教学过程中,做到能够创设积极的课堂教学环境,进行以问题为纽带的教学,并且要接纳并关注到每一个学生。

The latest reform in basic education advocates the changing of teaching method from teachercentered method to the students-centered method. The reform reflects the student-centered and teacherguided teaching concept. To get students of primary and middle schools as the real center in classroom teaching, teachers should first have the right and appropriate concepts about students and teaching. Second, teachers should have a wide range of knowledge and should keep it updated. Third, teachers should have the quality of innovation. Meanwhile, in their teaching, teachers should foster active classroom teaching atmosphere by focusing on the question-oriented teaching method and by paying attention to every student in the classroom.
