摘要
衡量保险行业是否是创新型行业,并非单纯依靠某个量化的具体指标,还应包括行业内在与外在的创新表现、创新成果、社会评价等多方面内容。当前保险业通过创新产品、创新渠道、创新管理流程而实现的收入在总收入和增量收入中贡献度偏低,缺少主动创新意识和优良的创新文化,总体上距离创新型保险行业的目标尚远。为此应明确着力点,在制度、产品、服务、合作、监管等诸多创新方面下功夫。
To measure whether the industry is innovative or not, we cannot rely purely on any single quantitative index. We should also observe the industry's internal and external innovation performance and innovative results as well as social evaluation on it. At the present time, the income generated from products, channels and administration innovation is relatively low in the total amount and increment amount of insurance revenue. The industry is lack of initiative innovation consciousness and innovation culture, so that generally speaking, it is still far from being an innovative insurance industry. As a result, the industry should concentrate more of its efforts on system, product, service, cooperation and supervision innovation.
