强制医疗责任保险制度研究

建立强制医疗责任保险制度是实现医疗损害赔偿社会化分担的必然要求，由于理论研究不足，国内对强制医疗责任保险仍缺乏深入研究。本文从发展模式的选择以及责任范围、保险费率、责任限额的合理确定等方面对强制医疗责任保险制度进行分析，以期引起抛砖引玉之效。

Establishing a mandatory medical liability insurance system is an inevitable requirement in order for the medical damages compensation to be socialized. There is a lack of in - depth study on mandatory medical liability insurance in China owing to the inadequacy of theoretical research in this topic. This article makes an analysis of mandatory medical liability insurance from the aspects of choice of development model and scope of liability, premium rate, determination of reasonable upper limit of liability and so on. Hopefully, this article will act as an introduction to be followed by more visionary opinions of others.
