完善保险营销制度 促进保险业又快又好发展 被引量:1

摘要 自上世纪90年代初,我国引入保险营销制度以来,保险营销带动了中国寿险业超常规发展,促进了保险业销售和服务理念的创新,对于普及保险知识、提升整个社会的保险意识做出了巨大贡献。但是也应看到。保险营销制度也存在一些问题,如营销人员专业素质低,营销行为的不诚信等,针对这些问题,保险公司应树立正确的经营理念,着力提升保险营销队伍的整体素质,规范保险营销员的服务行为,充分发挥保险行业协会的自律管理作用,完善保险营销制度,促进保险业又快又好发展。 Ever since the agent distribution system was introduced into China in early 1990s, it has brought along a transnormal development of the insurance industry, promoted conceptual innovation of insurance distribution and services, and greatly contributed to the popularization of insurance knowledge and lifting of public awareness for insurance. However, it should also be noted that there are some problems in the current agent system in China, such as relatively low quality of agents and lack of truthfulness in sales activities etc. In light of these problems, insurance companies should correct their operation concepts and take special efforts on improving the overall quality of the whole agent force, standardizing agent service activities, fully exploiting the self-discipline role of insurance associations, perfecting the agent distribution system, and promoting rapid and sound development of the insurance industry.
