摘要
伴随着油气田的开发,管道的安全运行越来越受到人们的重视。长输管道检测已成为国内石油与天然气储运部门的迫切需要。介绍了一种多通道超声波内检测功能机的工作原理及其各组成子系统的设计方案,给出了原理框图,同时提出了对壁厚数据和定位数据进行同步采集、存储等方法。并通过水下实验证明了其完全满足管道腐蚀检测的要求。
Along with the exploitation of oil and gas fields, people attaches more and more importance to the safe operation of pipelines. The inspection on long distance pipelines is urgently needed by petroleum and natural gas transportation departments at home. The working principle of a multi-channel ultrasonic inner inspection pig and the design scheme of its subsystems are introduced, the principle block diagram is presented, and many methods such as synchronous collection and memory of thickness data and orientation data are put forward. The underwater experiment proves that it can completely satisfy the requirements of pipeline corrosion inspection.
