腐败型犯罪是区别于职务犯罪的另一类由特殊主体构成的犯罪类型,二者的主要不得区别在于犯罪的主观方面,即腐败型犯罪主观上只能由直接故意构成,有明确的徇私牟利的犯罪目的。文章论述了腐败型犯罪的特征、根源及对策,有利于更好地研究腐败型犯罪,打击腐败行为。

The case of corruption is, different from post crime, another type made up by special subjects, whose main difference lies in criminal＇s subjective attitude. Corruption criminals are usually intentional with clear purpose for benefits. The paper discussed the features, root and solution for further research.
