摘要
用化学方法分别合成了表面为二-十六烷基二硫代磷酸(DDP)单分子层修饰的PbO纳米粒子和油酸(OA)单分子层修饰的PbO纳米粒子,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征了它们的形貌,并用四球摩擦磨损试验机比较了它们作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学行为。结果表明,两种PbO纳米粒子的平均粒径都约为5 nm,且都能起到良好的抗磨效果,由于修饰剂的影响,油酸修饰PbO纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂能够明显降低摩擦因数,而DDP修饰PbO纳米粒子却不能降低基础油的摩擦因数。
Dihexadecyldithiophosphorate (DDP) momolayer capped PbO nanoparticles and oleic acid (OA) momolayer capped PbO nanoparticles were synthesized using chemical method. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and four-ball wear machine were used to evaluate the mophologies and tribological behaviour of the prepared nanoparticles, respectively. Results indicate that the prepared nanoparticles are both well-distributed with the average diameter of about 5 nm. Both DDP capped PbO nanoparticles and OA capped PbO nanoparticles can remarkably improve the antiwear ability of liquid paraffin capped alone. as oil additives. However, OA capped PbO nanoparticles exhibit good friction-reducing performance, but DDP PbO nanoparticles can' t reduce the friction coefficient as compared to that of the lubrication with liquid paraffin
