摘要
用一对圆盘滚子试件在JP-DB1500型实验机上模拟一对齿轮啮合规律,对渐开线齿轮轮齿表面在干摩擦或润滑不良情况下的质量磨损及线磨损规律进行了理论和实验研究。结果表明:45#钢在不同热处理情况下,齿轮轮齿表面质量磨损量随载荷变化按指数规律变化;在润滑良好情况下,齿轮轮齿表面线磨损规律与干摩擦或润滑不良情况下磨损规律不同。通过实验研究,得到了齿轮轮齿表面磨损量的载荷因子。
The mass and linear wearing rules for the surface of involute gear tooth with dry friction or lubrication shortage were researched in theory and test, by using a pair of circular roller test blocks to imitate the engagement rule of two gears in the JP-DB1500 testing machine. The results show that the mass wearing quantity of the involute gear tooth surface varies on exponential rule with loads,in different heat treatment methods for 45 t steel. The linear wearing rules of the tooth surface under the condition of good lubrication is different from the condition of dry friction or lubrication shortage. Load factor of the wearing quantity of the tooth surface was obtained in the test research.
