摘要
以高聚合度PVC弹性体为主体树脂,用丁腈橡胶进行共混改性制备了汽车门窗密封条;对试样进行了硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、热老化等性能试验;对老化后的试样表面进行了SEM表征。试验结果表明:随着增塑剂DOP含量的增加,试样表面硬度逐渐降低,拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率逐渐增加;加入丁腈橡胶拉伸强度有所下降,硬度有所增加;100℃热老化条件下,随着老化时间的延长,其拉伸强度有增大的趋势;但70℃、16天热老化试验后,试样表面没有产生明显的微裂纹。
Sealing strip using in automobile door or window was produced by using the polyvinyl chloride ( PVC ) elastomerics of high polymerization degree as host resin which was modified by blending with nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR). Hardness, tensile strength, breaking elongation ratio and aging property of samples were tested and surface of sample after aging was represented by SEM. The test results show that with increase of plasticizer DOP content, surface hardness and tensile strength of sample decrease and breaking elongation ratio increases. Tensile strength decreases and hardness increases as NBR is added. Under the condition of 100℃ ,tensile strength condition of 70℃ ,there is no obvious microcrack on the surface of increases with aging time prolonged. While under the sample after thermal aging of 16 days.
