摘要
MRPⅡ(制造资源计划)和JIT(准时制生产)是两种先进的生产管理方式,文章通过对MRPⅡ和JIT在研究内容、应用领域等方面进行对比,结合二者的优势,引入了一种新的MRPⅡ/JIT思想。通过介绍MRPⅡ/JIT混合系统在金龙公司的应用,提供给企业一种新的生产管理思想,使企业在新的竞争条件下获得更大的优势。
Both MRP Ⅱ and JIT are advanced methods of production management. By comparing MRP Ⅱ and JIT in research content and applicable fields and by combining their advantages. This paper introduces a new idea of production management for enterprises by applying MRP Ⅱ / JIT hybrid system in JinLong company and make them acquire more advantages in competitive condition.
