循环经济发展与环境保护浅析

Study on the development of recyclic economy and environmental prection

随着我国经济的快速发展,自然环境状况的恶化也在加剧,如何在发展经济的同时保护自然环境,让经济发展与环境保护和谐的互存,循环经济的概念由此而产生。文章论述了循环经济的由来和循环经济的本质及其特点,并简要介绍西方经济发达国家发展循环经济的战略和状况,同时,针对我国目前循环经济发展的现状提出了有益的建议。

China＇ s economy is developing fast, however, it does more harm to the environment. The question is how to prompt the economic growth and at the same time protect environment. This thesis introduces the origin and the definition of the recylic economy, as well as the characters and briefly discusses the state of recylic economy in the developed countries; and gives some useful suggestions for the circle economy development in China.
