The realization of the our country company social responsibility

公司是现代社会中的重要部分,公司对社会产生深刻影响,应当承担相应的社会责任。文章对如何实现公司社会责任作出法律思考,认为其实现的有效途径是:在通过与其他相关法律资源相配合的基础下,还应当建立相应的激励措施,兼顾公司和社会的利益,最终实现公司与社会二者的整体效益最大化。

A company is an importance part in the modern society, which brings about deep influence on society, and so it should undertake social responsibility. This paper talks about how to carry out a social responsibility problem of a company on the law thinking, in fact the valid path now BE： not only match with other related law resoureeses, we also should build up the encouragement measures, We should attention to the two aspoets：the company profit and the society profit,finally realize the maximum profits both the company and society.
