摘要
通过图书馆馆员的问卷调查,利用数理统计的方法对馆员的满意度进行定量分析。调查显示,馆员满意度情况总体良好。领导重视、人际关系则是馆员满意最大的负面影响因素,应予以特别的注意。报酬待遇满意度虽然最低,但这种不满足是呼吁多于抱怨,馆员情绪是积极向上的。
Through the survey of the Librarians, we analyze the degree of satistrotion of the librarians using the mathematics statistics. According to the survey, the degree of the satisfaction is general good. We should pay alter lion to the factors for examples the leader recognition and human relation that will play negative influence about the degree of satisfaction, the sati fraction of the wage and treatment is low but the dissatisfaction is almost appeal more than complain. The emotion of the librarians is positive.
