摘要
中小学教师继续教育管理模式的本质是中小学教师继续教育管理的操作方法论系统,文章分析了中小学教师继续教育管理模式与管理哲学、管理系统科学、管理学、行为科学和管理实践的区别与联系,阐述了中小学教师继续教育管理模式的基本要素、结构、类型和构建原则。
The paper states the essence of the continuous education management mode of primary and secondary school teachers , which is the operating methodological system, and analyzes the differences and relations between the management mode and administration philosophy, management systematic science, management science, behavior science and administration practice. This paper also expounds the basic elements, structure, styles and construction principles in continuous education management mode of pr/mary and secondary school teachers.
