试论校本管理中学校自主权的实现

On the Fulfill of School's Autonomy in School-based Management

校本管理已成为学校管理改革的一个世界性热点。在我国,随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的推进,也在逐步推行校本管理。如何能够使校本管理不流于形式,真正实现理念到行动的转变,我们的当务之急就是完善学校的管理,在学校管理中落实学校自主权。包括:教育行政机关的放权、学校自主权的展现、领导者如何适应校本管理的角色以及参与式管理中各主体自主性的发挥。

School-based management has become a world-wide hotspot in the school management reform. In our country, with the advance of new curriculum reform in basic education, we are pushing the school-based management too. How can we put the school-based management into earth, we eagerly need the shift from idea to behavior to fulfill the autonomy of school, which including the power release of educational executive branch, the exhibition of school autonomy, the role fitness of leaders in school-based management and the exertion of autonomy in participation management.
