通过对多年教学管理工作的总结,提出大学生体育俱乐部的目标管理教学新模式。目标管理教学模式以充分调动学生的积极性为指导思想,具有较好的可操作性,在教学管理实践中取得了极好的效果。

Through the experience from the long- year teaching supervisory work, the paper proposes a new goal- management teaching pattern of the university sports clubs. The goal- management teaching pattern, which takes encouraging students＇ enthusiasm as its guid- ing ideology can be operated easily and has achieved extremely good effect in the teaching practice .
