摘要
通过实验法,以田径运动训练方法和手段为主,制定出不同内容的健身运动处方,通过实验检验所设计的运动处方对大学生身体机能是否有提高,得出有效地的健身运动处方。实验结果表明肺活量除男女生柔韧组比实验前结果有所降低外,其余各组均有升高;收缩压女子除全面组略有升高,其他组均有下降,而男子组收缩压下降不显著,男子的耐力组、全面组和女子的耐力组实验后舒张压升高;安静心率各组均有降低;心指数男女各组均有不同程度的提高。
The paper uses the experiment to test whether the designed exercise recipe can improve the shape of boay exercise. The result shows that the vital capacity reduces by comparing those of flexibility group of both male and female, but it hoists in every other group. The press of eonstriction hoists slighdy in wholeness group of female,but it falls unobviously in the groups of male. After the experiment,the press of diastole rises in the resistance group and wholeness group of male and the resistance of female. The rate of peaceful heart falls in every group. The index of heart rises differently in every group of male and female.
