摘要 目的指导高校教师建立健康的生活方式,为高校开展健康教育和保健工作提供理论依据。方法按分层随机抽样方法,进行现场问卷调查。收录数据用SPSS10.0软件包,进行χ2检验统计分析。结果在各年龄组中,中年教师体育锻炼参与率最低,与其他组比较有统计学差别;对体育锻炼重视不够、工作和家务繁忙没时间、工作劳累和身体疲倦是制约高校中年教师体育锻炼的主要因素。结论积极开展健康教育活动,加强对教师生活方式的指导,有利于提高高校教师的健康水平,促进医疗卫生保健工作的实效。 Objective To understand the physical exercise status of middle-aged teachers so as to provide the theoretical basis for health education in college. Methods By using the stratified random sampling method, a questionnaire field study was carried out, The collected data were analyzed with SPSS10.0 and X^2 test. Results Compared with the other aged groups, the middle-aged teachers had the least rate of physical exercise participation, and there was a significant difference. The main factors restricting their participation of physical exercises were ignorance of physical exercises, heavy workloads and heavy household work, and tiredness. Conclusions It is necessary to promote health education and raise teachers' health level.
