液相色谱网络虚拟仪器与虚拟实验室的构建 被引量:11

摘要 通过对液相色谱分析过程的理论研究和实验的基础上,运用ActionScript程序建立了场景化实时交互液相色谱网络化虚拟仪器和虚拟实验室,根据色谱柱效与淋洗液组成及流速的关系,以乙酰水杨酸和水杨酸为考察对象,构建了不同色谱分析条件下保留参数的预测模型,并据此模型优化了程序设计。在所建立的液相色谱网络化虚拟仪器和虚拟实验室上,可通过实时改变操作参数,动态实时绘制色谱流出曲线,并计算获得相对保留值及定量分析等虚拟实验结果。并列表给出了各种模拟计算与实验值间的对比结果。所开发的网络虚拟色谱实验室具有逼真的场景,可按真实仪器操作过程进行各种模拟操作,对于仪器的操作培训、实验教学的网络学习具有较大的应用价值。 On the basis of liquid chromatographic theory and real experimental processes, a real time interactive virtual LC apparatus and virtual lab were built with ActionScript program. According to the relationship between aspirin and salicylic acid's retention parameters and the flow rate of carder liquid as well as the composition of the mobile liquid, a predicted model of aspirin and salicylic acid' s retention parameters in different experimental conditions was constructed. Based on this model the design program was optimized. With the application of this built web virtual LC apparatus and virtual lab, chromatographic curves could be drawn interactively, dynamically and time - on - stream and the simulated results such as the reports of quantitative calculation were obtained by changing the simulated experimental conditions. Moreover, the comparison of the simulated calculation and the actual experimental results was also listed out. All these indicate that the web virtual LC apparatus and virtual lab can provide us a vivid scene of LC analytic process and simulated practice like the actual experimental operation. It is of great value to learn liquid chromatographic theory and train practice
