我国民营经济发展迅速,但缺乏创新,也就缺乏发展后劲。本文在分析民营企业创新的现状和制约因素的基础上,提出了政府推动民营企业创新的机制和途径,主要是确保宏观经济平稳运行,拓宽融资渠道,重视人才培养和引进,强化对民营企业的引导和培训,加强服务体系的建设等。

With the developing of non- state run economics in China. the innovation become more and more important. The paper introduced the innovation statues and affecting factors of non - state run enterprises and put forward the Mechanism and Method of promoting the innovation of non- state run enterprises, they are keeping the macro- economy run calmly, widening the financial channels, thinking much of persons with ability, leading and educating the employer, establishing the system of servings.
