摘要
随着科研机构的转制,应用型科研机构技术创新已成为当前社会关注的热点。从分析研究类型入手,界定了应用型科研机构及其技术创新的内涵,运用德尔菲法与层次分析法,构建了应用型科研机构技术创新的综合评价方法,并进行了具体的实例分析,评价结果显示与实际情况吻合。
With the transferring institution of S＆R institution, Technological innovation of applied S＆R institution has become hot issue paid attention by society at present. This paper begins with analyzing research type, defines the denotation of applied S＆R institution and its technological innovation, constructs the comprehensive evaluation approach of technological innovation of applied S＆R institution by means of Delphi and AHP, and analyzes the concrete case study, which reveals its outcome according with practice.
