摘要
为提高实验室建设项目的投资效益,根据项目执行过程中的相关环节和时间顺序,提出了立项管理、过程管理和绩效评估中的一些问题,并且就建设项目的科学管理进行了初步探讨,并提出了一些参考思路。
In order to improve the investment benefit of laboratory construction, this paper started from the relative items of project performance, drew out some problems about project confirmation, process management and performance evaluating, and gave discussions on scientific management of laboratory construction, and some reference ideas.
