摘要
已有研究认为,跨国公司技术转移力度的大小、FDI技术溢出渠道的通畅程度和东道国自身“吸收能力”是影响FDI技术溢出效应的三个重要影响因素,而东道国人力资本水平又对这三个因素有决定性的作用。通过构建理论模型,并以中国1983-2003年时间序列数据为样本,得出结论认为:人力资本水平的丰裕程度决定了FDI技术溢出的大小;FDI能够通过资本积累效应和技术溢出效应促进中国的经济增长,而且FDI与人力资本相结合的技术溢出效应要远远大于资本积累效应。
The existed study has pointed that the degree of technology transfer of multinational company, the unhindered degree of FDI technology spillover's channel, the absorbing ability of host country is the important influencing factors of FDI technology spillover effect, and human resource capital of host country determines all these factors. Through the establishment of theoretical model and the use of serial data from 1983 to 2003, this paper finds that the quantity and quality of human resource capital determines the technology spillover. FDI can promote the economic growth of China through capital accumulation effect and technology spillover effect, and the technology spillover effect combined by FDI and human resource capital is far larger than capital accumulation effect.
