摘要
针对重油悬浮床加氢工艺条件,对循环尾油物性参数进行了测定分析和经验计算;根据估算结果,设计了旋流分离器,并采用清水-焦炭粉、煤油-焦炭粉以及柴油-焦炭粉等液固体系进行了冷态模拟分离试验。试验结果表明,采用旋流分离器能够满足尾油分离工艺要求,为进一步开展高温热模试验提供了基础数据和技术支持。
The measured analyses and experimental calculations were conducted of the physical performance parameters of the recycling residue for the hydrogeneration technology condition of the residual oil slurry beds, based on an estimation result, a swirl separator was designed, and some cold simulation separation tests were made by using water-coke powder, coal oil-coke powder, diesel oil-coke powder liquid-solid system; the test result shows that the swirl separators could satisfy the demand of residual oil separation technology, and provide basis data and technique support for further high temperature hot model tests.
