弧形内浇道在精铸件工艺设计中的应用

Application of Arc Ingate in Investment Casting

精铸件产品在设计制作压型时,有些产品的形状不便于安装已成形的浇冒口(比如圆形、长方形等),另有一些产品浇冒口的安放处会对产品本身造成外观上的影响,特别是一些圆柱形的产品,因此这种类型的产品需要设计专用弧形内浇道。对于圆柱形精铸件,采用圆弧形内浇道的优点是便于蜡模压型分型,便于蜡模组装、焊接和涂料。

Both press mould and gating-riser should be considered in design of investment castings. However, one formed gating-riser, such as round and square, is not proper to assemble on some castings due to the castings shape, the other formed gating-riser can have affected the appearance of the castings, especially some cylindrical castings. So the special arc ingate for this castings should be considered. The application of arc ingate in investment casting was introduced.
