Through the processes of isostatic press shapping hot isostatic press treatment and semiconductor finishing—cut technique a kind of glass—sealed thermistors with the multi—component metal oxides have been made, Its exchangeability and stability have been remarkable improved, This new technique has special features of lowcost, and high effieeney which are suitable to the largescale production.
