摘要
提出了一种误差扩散的二元编码模板,用于产生较为精确的正弦光场.通过计算机仿真分析了该方法产生的正弦光场与标准的正弦光场之间的误差,以及误差与二元编码模板每周期采样点数的关系.实验证实了这种二元编码模板用于PMP系统的可行性.
Sinusoidal structured illumination is widely used in three-dimensional (3-D) sensing. Take phasemeasuring profilometry for example, it is inherently free of errors only with perfect sinusoidal fringe projection. However, it is difficult to produce a perfect sinusoidal grating. Here we propose an error diffusion algorithm to produce a relatively accurate sinusoidal fringe projection and to improve the precision. Not only the error between the sinusoidal fringe produced with this means and the corresponding normative one is analyzed by computer simulation but also the connection between the error and the sampling number every period. The experiment proves the feasibility that this technique can be used in PMP system.
