摘要
采用PHA和秋水仙素活体注射法,首次对洞庭湖区两种不同体色黄鳝进行肾细胞染色体标本制备,并对其染色体数目及组型进行比较分析.结果表明,两种不同体色黄鳝的染色体数目相同,2N =24,且全部为端部着丝粒染色体;但两种不同体色黄鳝的染色体相对长度存在一定差异:黄鳝A的染色体相对长度为11.45±0.06~6.15±0.03,黄鳝B的染色体相对长度为11.53±0.01~5.23±0.09.试验结果为进一步研究洞庭湖区黄鳝种质资源的遗传多样性提供了基础性资料.
Chromosome number and karyotype were analyzed in ricefield eel Monopterus albus with two different color ( A and B) cultured fishes in Dongting Lake of China by chromosomes of kidney cell-PHA culture in vivo prepared by flame-drying technique. The results showed that the chromosome numbers of the ricefield eel are the same 24 and all telocentric chromosomes. However, the chromosomes are different in relative length between A and B. The population A has in relative length of 11.45 ± 0.06 - 6.15 ± 0.03, and the population B 11.53 ± 0.01 -5.23 ±0.09. The results provide the knowledge of further research on the genetic diversity of the ricefield eel resource in Dongting Lake.
