淡水鱼池生态系统的悬浮物结构及有机碳库储量 被引量:10

The seston structure and storage of organic carbon pools in freshwater fish ponds

摘要 于2002年6月至2003年3月对辽宁省碧流河水库4个淡水池塘(鲢、鳙亲鱼池)的悬浮物结构及有机碳库储量进行了研究。结果表明:各池塘颗粒悬浮物重量(TS)为18.14~62.92mg/L,平均为(37.53±22.02)mg/L,灰分含量平均为33%;浮游生物干重(PZ)占髑的16.81%~30.65%,平均为25.05%;浮游植物干重(DWP)为4.62—12.33mg/L,平均为8.15mg/L;浮游动物干重(DWZ)为0.08—0.81mg/L,平均为0.50mg/L;溶解有机碳(DOC)和颗粒有机碳(POC)的库储量分别为(11.32±3.66)mg/L和(8.75±4.28)mg/L。TOC:DOC:POC=1:0.56:0.44;池塘POC中细菌和腐质碳(BDC)、浮游植物碳(PC)、浮游动物碳(ZC)的比例为26.45:16.30:1;在浮游生物碳(PZC)中,浮游植物碳占94.22%,起主导作用。 The seston structure and storage of organic carbon pools in freshwater fish ponds were examined from June in 2002 to March in 2003. The results showed that the concentration of total suspended particular matter varied from 18.1±62.92 mg/L, with average value of (37.53 ± 22.02)mg/L. The average ash content was 33%. The proportion of dry weight of plankton (PZ) in total suspended particulate (TS) ranged from 16.81% to 30.65%, with an average of 25.05%. The dry weight of phytoplankton (DWP) was 4.62 - 12.33 rag/L, with the average value of 8.15 mg/L. The dry weight of zooplankton (DWZ) ranged from 0.08 to 0.81 mg/L, with the average value of 0.50 mg/L. The mean storage of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and particulate organic carbon (POC) were ( 11.32 ± 3.66 ) mg/L and ( 8.75 ± 4.28 ) mg/L, respectively. The ratio of total organic carbon (TOC), DOC to POC was 1: 0.56: 0.44. Among particulate organic carbon (POC) the ratio of bacteria and detritus particular carbon (BDC), plankton carbon (PC) to zooplankton carbon (ZC) was 26.45: 16.30: 1. The proportion of plankton carbon in PC was 94.22%, with PC dormant effect.
