摘要 新型的溶胶-凝胶毛细管气相色谱柱制作工艺程序简单、分离性能良好,能在高温下正常工作,性能稳定、重现性好,分析结果有良好的精密度和准确性.采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为固定相,用溶胶凝胶法制备了毛细管色谱柱,并在该色谱柱上对中成药中的冰片含量进行了分析.结果表明,在此色谱柱上的分析精密度高,准确性好.分析结果标准偏差为 0.0369,相对标准偏差(变异系数)为1.13%.回收率为96.2%. Sol-gel capillary column is a new type of chromatographic column that has a relatively simple technological process for the developing of the column. Good separation is achieved on this column. It stands high temperatures and shows excellent stability and repeatability. In this research a sol-gel capillary column is developed with hydroxy-terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) as stationary phase and bomeol in some Chinese patent medicine is analyzed on the column. The results show good precision and accuracy. The standard deviation is 0. 0369 and the relative standard deviation is 1.13%. The average recovery is 96. 2%.
