摘要 在深入分析了国内外有关封严篦齿研究成果的基础之上,为了弥补在台阶式篦齿方面数值模拟工作的不足.基于数值模拟的方法,采用FLENT软件中标准k-ε模型和QUICK格式算法研究了台阶式篦齿泄漏系数随前后压比,齿腔形状、齿数、密封间隙、齿倾斜度、流向改变而变化的规律,并与之和实验结果及直通式篦齿性质做了比较.证实了数值模拟方法的准确性,并找出了影响台阶式篦齿泄漏系数的主要因素,结论可作为台阶式篦齿正确选型的参考,有助于提高篦齿封严效果. Based on the profound analysis on sealing labyrinth, in order to make up the shortage of numerical study on sealing labyrinth, the method of numerical simulation is used to study effect of pressure ratio, labyrinth shape, labyrinth tooth number, sealing clearance, flow direction on leakage rates of stepped labyrinth, by adopting the stand- ard k - ε turbulence model and QUICK schemes, and compared with results of experiments and numerical simulation of straight-through labyrinth. The veracity of numerical simulation is approved, and main factors are also found out of influencing leakage rates of stepped labyrinth. The conclusion can be referenced for type selection of stepped labyrinth and will improve sealing of labyrinth.
