随着我国社会的变迁,城市失业人员的出现是不可回避的现实。这个群体的出现引发了诸多的社会治安问题,对社会秩序有着极大的危害。这些问题的出现有社会的原因也有经济的原因,但是其根源是失业人员形成的社会文化在起作用。通过对失业人员引发社会治安问题的文化表现、通过文化原因的研究,找出矫正失业人员心理的途径。

With the changes of the society of our country, the appearance of the urban unemployment colony is the reality that can＇ t be avoided. The appearance of this colony causes a great deal of social security questiom, which have great dange to the civil order. There are economic reasons and social reasons, but its origin is the culture which formed by unemployments. Through the analyzing the social problems caused by the unemployments from the view of euhre, we can find the way to uetifieate the psychology of the unemployments.
