The paper formulates a matrix fund flow statementkind of National Income flow statement by referenceso that it can be used for the in-depth researchesin-toincome distribution and disbursement transaction. Moreover,national incomeflow statement is associsted with the input-output table and flow of funds toble.The paper then builds a national income flow model which is connected with input-output model and flow of funds modal.
