Jiang Li is Associate Professor of the Institute of Russian Studies, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations （CICIR）. Her interests cover Russian affairs, Ukraine and Belarus. She is the coauthor of many books including Russia at the Turn of the Century and Collections of Global National Affairs.
