On Self-Support

本文通过对自助行为的定义、适用条件、适用形式、限制条件、法律后果的分析及与自助相似行为的对比,力图揭示自助行为的社会意义和特征;认为,确立自助制度是完善我国民事法律制度的一个重要内容。

With an analysis of the definition of, the suitable conditions for, the appropriate forms of, the conditions of restriction to, the legal results from and a contrast of those similar actions to the self-supported ones, the present paper intends to reveal the social significance and the features of such actions. That apart, the paper holds that the establishment of self-support system is an important link to perfect the civil law system in our country,
