The Present State of Group Competitiveness of Knitting Mills In Zhang Cha and Countermeasures

广东佛山张槎针织产业发展中存在这几种矛盾:市场容量的不断扩展与企业未形成规模效应、新产品开发的自主性创新性与产业链整合度、家庭作坊管理方法与现代企业制度、技术创新的快速发展与企业经营者文化素质等。产业集群提升竞争力的相应对策为:科学制定产业集群发展规划、产业集群自身发展的提升、产业集群创新系统建设、产业集群的区域文化形成等四个方面。

There exist several conflicts in the development of Zhangcha＇ s knitting mills, the conflict between the expanding market capacity and the lack of scale efficiency; the conflict between innovation of new product and industrial chain integrity; the conflict between household management and modern enterprise system; the conflict between the rapid development of technological innovation and the cultural quality of managers. So the following suggestions are proposed for improving the competitiveness of industries, formulate the developmental project of industry group scientifieally; improve the development of industry group; build the system of innovation and form the local culture of industry group.
