摘要
运用测试心理亚健康Zung量表、心境状态量表(POM S)和心理健康自测量表(SCL-90)研究传统体育养生锻炼对高校保健课学生心理健康的影响。实验表明:进行传统体育养生锻炼能有效地改善学生的心境状态,对心理健康有显著的影响。
To research exercise effects of traditional sports on college students' mental health, the freshmen of Foshan University were measured with Zung, POMS,SCL-90. The results demonstrated that the exercise of traditional sports improved college students' psychological status and had influence on psychological health.
